Hi! I'm Hadley Walsh - the face behind pdxmama. I'm a sucker for homemade chocolate chip cookies, local coffee shops, Mexican food, country music, and binge reading. I am passionate about traveling and experiencing new places, especially those off the beaten path.

I'm a Portland, Oregon, resident and a mommy to an active, independent and opinionated toddler with another baby due in November. I created pdxmama to combine two of my passions - my love for my city and mama-hood - what could be better?

 

My goal for pdxmama is to showcase some of the best places and events Portland has to offer for us mamas to take our kids to. Whatever it is you're looking for - far or near, inside or outside, free or cheap, from berry picking to local restaurants to parks - you'll find it here and, if you don't, send me a comment and I'll check it out!
