'Tis the season for all things pumpkins! The fall is my absolute favorite time of the year. I love everything about it - warm drinks, comfy sweaters, cool weather, yummy baked goods. It's just the best! One of my favorite activities has always been to go to the pumpkin patch in October and now that I have my own kiddo it has become even more fun. Last year, Emmy was a little too young to appreciate the pumpkins and fall festivities, but this year, she's all about picking up the pumpkins and looking at all the colors. Nothing cuter than your little one holding a pumpkin at the pumpkin patch!

The very first pumpkin patch we adventured to this October was Plumper Pumpkin Patch in NW Portland. This is the perfect farm - countless amounts of pumpkins, a variety of different farm animals, tasty treats, spacious areas for kids to run and play, hay rides, big slides for those who are brave enough, and a cute farm store.

One of Emmy's favorite things about Plumper Pumpkin Patch were the farm animals! Their farm is home to cows, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, llamas, bunnies, turkeys, and donkeys, to name a few. Emmy's personal favorites were the llamas!

Be sure to add Plumper Pumpkin Patch to your October "to-do" list this fall! We loved our morning spent there with our friends and will definitely be planning a trip back soon.
